Antonia is a senior associate in our Sofia office and has more than nine years of experience as a legal adviser. Antonia has particular expertise in due diligence and the acquisition of real estate in Bulgaria, as well as advising on Bulgarian corporate and commercial law. She focuses on real estate, zoning, construction and development management. She advises on the most efficient construction solutions with regard to investment plans and construction parameters of land plots. Furthermore, Antonia is providing ongoing legal assistance related to the business activities of foreign construction companies operating in Bulgaria. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Antonia worked as a senior attorney at law at KPMG Bulgaria and has expertise in all types of real estate transactions.
