Tom is a partner in the DLA Phillips Fox Melbourne Real Estate team and leads the firm's Property Infrastructure and Development Group of 27 partners across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Tom brings to the table 20 years experience in commercial real estate law to advise clients on complex and high value property based transactions including sales and acquisitions, property developments, structuring and strategic advice, joint ventures, State and Federal tax issues, property finance, legal due diligence, risk assessment, and contractual issues. He acts for A-REIT's, property developers, private investors and all levels of government.
Tom is a member of the Victorian Division Council of the Property Council of Australia, Chairs its State Taxes Committee and regularly meets with the Treasurer of Victoria and other key policy makers on State Tax reform.
