Krzysztof is the managing partner of our Warsaw office. He specialises in corporate law, international trade, mergers and acquisitions and greenfield/brownfield projects. He represents and advises numerous financial institutions and government agencies and other clients on corporate and asset restructuring as well as direct and indirect privatisation transactions. He has also frequently advised global investors in various industries in Poland.
Krzysztof also advises on state aid issues, defence-related issues and offset contracts (one of the few lawyers in Poland who is able to do this).
