Orson Alcocer has a law degree and a postgraduate course in European law from University San Pablo-CEU (Madrid, Spain), and has eleven years' experience in leading local and international law firms, in their Madrid, Barcelona, Sao Paulo and Lisbon offices.
Orson Alcocer advises Spanish and international clients on all aspects of real estate investments, development, funding, construction, management and commercialisation of different real estate assets, varying from commercial projects, to offices, hotels, logistics parks and holiday and residential units. He also has extensive experience in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring transactions in the real estate market.
