Natalia is a Partner in the Kyiv office. She leads Real Estate practice in Ukraine and has over 14 years of experience in real estate, transaction support, M&A.
Prior to joining the company, Natalia worked as an Associate with EY Law in Kyiv, as an attorney with Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners law firm, as a legal adviser to the Department of International Development (DFID) under the British Embassy, as a legal adviser to the World Bank and as an attorney for Lovells international law firm in London and Moscow offices.
As an adviser to the World Bank and to DFID, Natalia participated in drafting legislation on mortgage lending, title registration, land issues with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine, the National Bank and the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine.
Natalia graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine (Kharkiv) with a diploma in jurisprudence in 1995. She also completed a Masters in Law degree from Central European University (Budapest, Hungary, accredited by New York State University) with a specialization in International Business Law (1996). She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Natalia also took TACIS accounting training courses (financial management, accounting, public expenditure control and taxation, strategic and business planning, change management, social monitoring and consultancy skills, statistical techniques and costing & pricing).
