Philippe X. Ledoux heads the Real Estate department, where he is active in real estate and M&A related transactions, representing a number of French entities and foreign investors. He advises numerous industrial clients, real estate companies, investment funds and banks on a wide spectrum of French and European transactions and his work includes direct investments and divestitures, as well as joint-ventures.
As part of his representation, Philippe focuses on real estate and related corporate and financing issues.
He was also involved extensively in the privatization programs of French industrial and banking entities, and later in various divestitures under the auspices of government-owned defeasance entities.
